What you share

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, service of interest and project details. Project location is optional. If you email drawings or other documents, we also receive the information in those files.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, understand your project, discuss quotes and coordinate related project communications.

Form and email services

Our project enquiry and BLACKMATTR access-request forms use Resend to process your submission and deliver it to BLACKHAUS by email. Our email service also processes and stores this correspondence. You can read Resend’s privacy information for details of its service.

Website hosting and email services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to operate and protect their services.

Private member access

BLACKMATTR is a private BLACKHAUS member area. Its access-request form asks for your name, sign-in email address, role and interest in joining. Your company or organization and any experience or ideas you wish to contribute are optional. We use these details to review your request and contact you about the outcome. Submitting a request does not automatically grant access.

We use approved members’ email addresses to manage access. Members sign in through ChatGPT using their approved email address. Contact BLACKHAUS to request an access change or removal.

Your choices and requests

Share only the information needed to discuss your project or access request. You can contact us about information we hold, how long it is retained, or to request access, correction or deletion. You can also ask us to stop further enquiry or access-request follow-up. Any applicable record-keeping requirements may affect what we can delete.
